The Course Overview
Embark on a transformative 12-week journey of re:membering who you truly are.
Discover the healing and liberating power of nature's elements alive within you. Through this collective journey, you will learn to connect and align with the elements, seasonal cycles, and energetic movements to experience a deeper sense of your authentic self and intrinsic belonging.
This course will be offered by Jae and is for Black women and women of colour.
We are continually in a state of becoming, as is everything around us. Life itself is a web of intricate connections, and this organic wisdom resides within us, often felt in ways that do not have words. Ancestral intelligence is encoded in our breath, blood, bones, and brains, yet it can sometimes feel elusive.
By cultivating the space and practices to access our indigeneity—who we were before societal expectations shaped us—we enter the sacred act of re:membering our true nature. The practice of decolonising is a body-mind-spirit process that empowers us to reclaim our personal agency, ancestral wisdom and spiritual authenticity.
What if you could alchemise your life experiences into your own freedom cheat code? This journey will support you chart a path of intentional transformation, towards becoming a cycle alchemist. With 2025 being a year of completion, purge, and release, and Pluto moving into Aquarius, we stand at a powerful crossroads. Amid collective loss, grief, anger and confusion of recent global events, hope prevails, prompting us to reflect on and connect with what truly matters.
Participants can expect:
Six 2.5-hour in-person sessions
One 2-hour online session
Guidance for daily practices to support integration
