Release, renew, reflect, explore

Retreats

Immerse your whole true self in our retreats dedicated to the wellbeing of Black women and women of colour.

It’s not the quiet, serene vibe that you think. Retreats are known to get mad loud – the scenes at the breakfast table after meditation are so boisterous that you would think we’d been in silence for weeks!

You are welcomed home as you join us. You are here to leave behind the code-switching, the daily burdens, the conformities, all of it.

We encourage you to be yourself, take up space, hold nothing back. Together we laugh, cry, and emancipate. Naturally we bond and it’s likely you leave with new connections and sister friends.

FAQs

  • People who identify as Black women or women of colour.

  • Retreats are exclusive to Black women and women of colour to centre shared experiences.

  • No, not at all. We aren’t holding you to your abilities or knowledge. Retreats are intimate groups and that affords us, your tutors, guides, to support you throughout.

  • You must be all-in for the entire retreat. It’s not possible to only book single classes. We emphasise creating a space in which sisters can exchange and build trust. This atmosphere would not thrive as well, if guests were changing throughout the retreat.
